Best bike i can get for £600-700 for street/dj

i sold my dj/street a while ago now but looking to get back into it as i kinda miss it.
so what do you recommend for a budget of £600-£700. im fine with building it myself and looking at single speed and front+rear disc.

well i have to sell the xc bike 1st but once gone i will get one. has to be street style 26" single speed.
the ns is the best one ive seen so far.

thats well nice. 24seven substance is 26" and looks nice too it's got dj3s 07 and other nice parts lol and its 600

i think this might be a short thread as o think i mite have found the bike i want lol. i like the ns bike allot .
