I'm thinking about buying a fox float for my bike, but I'm hoping to get some opinions on how well they would work.
I'm using a 2006 Fox Vanilla R right now (The one without the reservoir) and it works ok, but I just wanted to try out the feel of an air shock.
I ride moderate trails usually, I do some drops and downhilling, as well as dirt jumping.
Anyone have any suggestions?

i would say that the dhx would be a better choice because the float is not a freeride shock
