I just learned one handers and no handers and no handed tucks today among other tricks (today was amazing). I found that no hander is the same as learning one handers. Start on a middle sized to small jump that your comfortble with. The first time just try bringing both hands off like an inch or two, than work bigger. Once you are getting your hands off quite aways you might find that you start to lose the front of the bike (eg, it starts to drop) at this point either try holding the seat between your knees/legs or bring the bars into a tuck position against your body than do the no hander.

squeeze the seat with ur knees (may need to raise it) practice jumping and squeezing ur seat until u get comfortable. then just work on throwing ur hands off at that moment in the jump when u feel like ur just floating. try em bigger and bigger each time. a full suicide is scary to try Big Grin good luck!tup
