Help Setting The Sag!

I just got a new bike like 2 weeks ago and I tried to set the sag but the tip on my air compressor was too big so it just took air out. Now it's WAY too soft! Is there a bike specific air compressor tip(my dad, the carpenter, calls them "chucks" if that helps) or could I find a different one at a hardware store? I need help ASAP!

Get a shock pump from your LBS. That is the proper tool for the job. Make sure to take your bike so you get the proper adapter.
