The first one is better then the second I think. The power lines are quite distracting in the second picture. Next time you shoot something like that, use the rule of thirds. You don't always have to center the image. The tree is not the focal point of the image, it should be the sunset. It also looks to be a bit dark, almost like you had too fast of a shutter speed, and it's quite grainy.
