hops and off banks/pyramids...not really any drops, i dont do barspins anymore.....

ive only done them of of a stair with 2 steps and a 4 foot or so drop haha ive never really learnd how to hop barspin yet tho

LOL... Well i've compared and my seat is just about 1/2 inch higher than most bmx seats... I dont think having a slamed seat is the only way to do ''real'' barspins. My seat isn't high enough for my knees to squeeze it, it's more of a ''stabilizer''.

but when you got a slammed seat its the "real hard" way to do it haha, cause you should throw them when your peak or accually comming down haha
