Hard decision but Eastern Nightrain, just for the simple fact that Eastern has been in the BMX game for awhile now and the Nightrain is just a big BMX. The Eastern is also spec'd better than the Commencal.

Easton Nighttrain rocks!! Its got 80 mm argle forks and amazing parts. I would SO go for the easton.
