How do you make a seat post wedge mod?

i wanna know how to make my seat into a wedge mod. i have a pivotal seat setup and i already know you need a wedge from the old stem's. if someone could give me instructions on where to cut the seatpost and if theres any other work to be done, please let me know. i also am clueless to where to put the bolt for the wedge

you need like an inch of post atleast. It would depend on how long the bolt was aswell.
