i would probably go for an ally frame. much lighter and contrary to popular belief can take lots of abuse. and thers not alot of point in getting such expensive brakes why not just get 7's or 5's? and an xt crank would be much cheeper and almost as light and pimp. and while im at it try an stay away from dt swiss rims they bend and dent so easily. thers a guy on pinkbike who put a tyre lever thru his.

get a full sus like my xxxx its sweet when you harden up the shock cos theres no pedal bob and when you land hard it just cusions u so basically a hardtail with a bonus
