its not coming up for me either, it says at the top HTTP 404 not found.

beats me what going on, might be doing some maintainence

I just got an order from them a couple weeks ago andf*ck me man, it took FOREVER. They had either a really shitty customer service person or no customer service person. I had to E-mail and call them near every day to check on it. it took 14 days just for a pair of handlebars and a t-shirt to get to me and they are only 3 states away.

Atomlab makes a dope ass products, but they need some serious work in the web=store and customer service department.......I tried ordering some pedals from them and after 2 weeks of waiting for a confirmation I cancelled it due to a lack of response, I ended up getting the pedals from an online site.

how did u cancel it cause i would like to do the same thing..........i ordered 2 sets of torque nipples and the nipple key from them since last week and they havent shiped out yet

they sent an email saying that their system wasnt adding the shipping to the cost of the item and thats why it didnt take the shippin from the credit card, also said that everything was ok and that all they needed was for me to send them the credit card details so they can complete the order(shipping was $9.00).....i told my cousin not to give them her card details cause it sounds scamish. So she called them but she keeps getting a voicemail and they wont call back and now the site isnt working

the order was made last 2 saturdays ago.........what do u think i should do?

EXACTLY what happened to me man! But I did eventually talk to the president of the company and he said to call him directly next time and he'd take care of me. i do like the bars i got though.
