got me an awesome new downhill bike.
pretty damn expensive at almost $89 / £40.

comes with OVERSISE lead-alloy tubing
black polybicarbonate(of soda) bashring
the new raceface D2 stem with 45 degree rise!

the guy said its got the 07 Fox 40's , with limited edition 8 mm stanchions too!

you guys got any ideas how to make this bike into a race winning machine?
at the moment i reckon its on par with an Ironhorse sunday world cup.

that thing is pretty pimp alreadyPirate . but you could try andding some carbon parts. all you need to do to get them on the cheap is pour petrol over it, and light it up.

the dust thats left behind is kind of like carbon Big Grin

Well you're definitely gonna want the stongest rims money can buy. Also when you wear that fork out start a thread asking what is the besterer freeride/DH fork. Also add some fenders and let us know who your favorite riders are.

well
the reflector in the front is just added weight
so i would suggest removing that
other than that
looks like your single wall rims should hold up good
also
if you were to go with a 48 ring in the front you could go faster
thats how sam hill does it
right?

Get a Double barrel shock with a Ti spring to save some extra weigth
Some Saint cranks to hold things up
You defintly wanted to go for a pimp Gold chain from KMC
Sram XO for perfect shifting and preformence on the gears.
LG-1 from E13
Some Boxxer WC to keep the ligth weigth at the front

you need a longer stem and that rear shock is overkill

Man where's the bottle rack, you need to keep hydrated, I suggest duct taping one to the top tube.
