ok thanks i think i might get a pike 454 after saving up for about 10 years and run it at 110mm. that should probably be ok. i think ive got it down to about 4 frames i like the look of but cant choose between them. ill make another thread rather than clogging this one up though Smile

how about a ram 4130 they look quite nice and can take up to 140mm travel andgears which is what ideally i was looking for.
