I have a Fit Hawk Bmx bike and i have standard bars and they feel really small one my bike, I was wanting to upgrade to better bars (big bars) and maby even a new stem, can you give some suggestions on good bars and nice stems that are knee friendly?

yeah i have a redneck...and i hate to smash m knees to bits...also the today my friends elementary sent his compression bolt flying in a parking lot...and now 3/4 of the treaded bolt is in his fork. Also how much will the upsweep matter on big bars?
