38:16 on 26" wheels with 165mm cranks. Does anyone else ride quite hard gearing like me? I've grown used to it now and I can't stand really light gearing.

i run a 28t shadow sprocket, 15t shimano cog in the rear w/ a reg hub with dmr spacers...i ride trails...so i dont pedal much at all
i needed a ratio where my interlock chain wouldnt be too loose or too tight..this ratio seemed to fit..quite an easy ratio

38:16, 26", 175 mm cranks.

if you listen to the internet, we aren't actually allowed to have this ratio: apparently a ratio that we like isn't right for us, one that fits the 55 formula is.

f*ck 'em.

36:16 as it's stock on the bike but that won't be there very long, it's way too easy.

I want micro drive like on the BMX so something ike 25/26:9/10

.....so, how do you mount an 8-speed cog?

and how it a 4:1 ratio treating you?

The stock p bikes come with 34-16. I was thinking of switching mine to 25-12 and loosing the bash guard.

isn't the smallest cog available a 9T?
an 8T would be waaaay to small.

you can do 9 if you have a bmx style hub. The smallest you can run on a regular hub is 12
