Hey, i'm looking to buy a "cruiser" or 24" (with a rigid fork) wheeled bike and I'm looking at the possibilities and the stuff you can do with them. Any advice or any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike

Well what one are you looking for, a 24" cruiser or 24" specific MTB? They look the same but are 2 completely different rides all together.

My cruiser is in the JIG. I drilled out the BB shell and head tube today, also fitted the down tube. It won't be together for a whyle and another friend is bugging my for a BMX (I need the $$ so it will prob get done first) My 24" MTB is in my album.

I'm looking for a bmx style one, not a mtb. I've been looking at the Haro X24 and the DK General Lee 24".

I find the GL has a real long rear. I found most cruisers do thats why I am building my own. I never really wanted to build 20" frames because there are so many out there and they are all the same but whatever you want it exists. Now the 24" MTB market is really catching up so IMO there is not the viod that there was for the last 15 years but still the cruisers are left to rot. The shadow IM is an awsome ride but I still am not real happy with it's geo. So I would say good luck, the S&M 38 special is a nice looking frame as well but I'm not sure on the chain stays.

When ever I previewed the post it worked, I'm unsure of why it isn't now... but if anyone gets it to work... Neither of the to two pictures of bikes are mine... I just posted them because they are examples of what I'm looking for. Except for the second one, 24" wheels. The third one is the 2007/2008 "Haro Backtrail X24" and is a bike I am looking into... any opinions? Oh and, thanks so far for the advice and opinions!

Thanks,
Mike

I'm looking for a complete... also if I can't find a cruiser... I'm looking at the Specialized P.Grom 24". I'm looking for a 24" because I'm not that big and I rode one before and I felt very comfortable on it.
