@hayden4x, I think either the video makes the track look better than it is or just the tracks near you are really really crappy. It's just my local track and is pretty much one of the worst in the south west... but even so I'm still grateful that I have a track so near to me so I shouldn't really complain

ah sorry I wasn't being specific. All the tracks around here are super mint in awesome condition, all have asphalt berms etc etc. However they pretty much all super steep and technical like mini sx tracks. I wish we had more ABA style stuff like we used to have.

Anyone running a GHP cruiser frame?Opinions?

I am. Got a red Pro Cr. for sale for cheap too Wink

Haven't got any riding done on it yet but by my screwing around with it, it seems well built and surprisingly stiff.

Sizing seems to fit smaller than most bikes though as I opted for the XL just standing over my Pro it felt small.

2014 GHP Pro XL cruiser

I really like mine! Feels way more stable than the Chase I had....lower BB height.

Das a sexy bike.

want to trade seats ? My black spyder would look way better on there than your white.

And the white spyder wouldn't look half bad on mine.

Anybody had any experience with a DK Valiant? This is my first year racing bmx, right now I'm using my park bike which is ok but not optimal. Dude said he'd sell it to me for $200, as it's a couple years old. Hasn't been used much, just taken around the track a couple times. He let me test ride it for about an hour and I really liked it, was wondering if anyone in here can say anything about it's long term durability, quality, etc. Thanks a lot guys! Lot of sick bikes in here.

Not sure off hand the DK Valiant worth, but if you can stretch your budget you can find a way more track suited used race bike.

Don't get me wrong, park bikes are decent but the moment you step on a race bike you'll be hooked. I started on a Diamondback Orion and tried a race bike soon after, well, the race bike came home with me that afternoon.

what's your top end budget ?

Apparently MRSP is around $450ish, I just really liked it when I test rode it. Not sure if it was the geometry or the weight, but it was definitely a lot faster than my park bike. It seemed like a solid offer, if I end up not getting it I'll just keep racing my park bike until I have the cash for something like a used Supercross Blur. I was just wondering if anybody had any experience with it. Thanks again dudes!

How much are you looking at spending?

Well, I has a bike built up.

Feels great just riding it around the yard, and the balance sweet spot wasn't too hard to find.

First track test tomorrow Big Grin
