I recently got a 400lb spring and i weigh 145. It is a Fox DHX 5.0 Coil. on a medium nomad. Does this sound right? a 400LB spring? It feels pretty good but not sure if it is right.
i'm gonna steal the thread here i got a 400 and i weight 138 on my intense socom, should i go down to a 135 cause i dont know if i use all my travel or not

measure your sag it should be 30 to 40 percent of ur total stroke but u should be right around a 300 spring

i'm havin a problem though, my friend has a 350 on his atomik and it is too soft and bottoms when you g out on the lip of the large step up on freight train. i guess its a difference torque ratio and crap than vpp suspension but still i dunno
