Both have their pros and cons. Use the search function, there are a million threads about dh forks.

dude my friends from my racing series have world cups and they love them such a plush DH fork. i ride a fox 40 and i love that. I have rode ther 888 and they aren't a match tto the world cups. but watever floats your boat
