HA actually a lot of thought went into that stuff. Deity was the highlight of interbike for sure this year. The new stuff is light and even better designed than the current line up. and theyre not overpriced, its pretty standard

deity cranks are strong, light , little pricy but they come with a smart simple bb and a lifetime warrenty. And the bars are cool too but to much rise for me. stem is heavyer than the DB one oi have so i didnt get it

48t spline interface, 4130 arms, powdercoated, 2.3lbs, 4 replaceable sealed cartridge bearings. Those all sound like the marks of cheap imitations to me. There bars and stems are by no means overpriced. The bars are $60 and the stems $65, for a fully CNC'd stem, that's a lot closer to dirt cheap than overpriced.

O+

I had a deity stem and cranks. The stems are NOT fully machined. The stem does have some machining but it is forged to start with. The stem cracked right next to the bolts that tighten it to the fork.

its cause you tightned it too tight.lol

I Have snapped 2 deity cranks! Do you even know anything about bottom brackets and cranksets, The deity one is just a rip off of a simple shitty BMX design. If you knew anything you would know that deity cranks suck and that profile cranks are the way to go.

I'm willing to bet that at least 90% of CNC'd bike products are made this way. If they were to start with a true billet piece, then you'd really be pissing and moaning about the prices on everything machined.

Oh my! I have a friend who's toasted 3 Profile arms, this game can go on forever. Some people's riding style just doesn't agree with some products, it doesn't mean it sucks.
