will any single speed chain still fit if i have a chain guide on or will i have to take it off???

you can use any chain you just got to take out enough links to make it tight, chainguide shouldn't make any difference, you could probably even take it off and not ever worry about dropping a chain

A chainring is the found at the front (by the crank set) and a sprocket is found at the back (by the drive chain). Anyone that thinking otherwise needs to wake up and wipe the dribble off their chin. Life is hard enough without having to waste time dealing with invalids who can't understand the difference.
