Looks to me when you get around to the 180 a bit past there
you stop twisting your hips
off the fast just throw your hips in the direction you wanna spin..
try to get a faster spin

Yea definately, you stop twisting your hips, thats why your not getting the full 360, keep your hips turned and you'll spin faster.

stop looking back half way though, i don't know if you snowboard/ski or not but spinning on bike is the same you keep looking over your shoulder, spot the landing then keep looking at it as your body completes the spin

my technique for trying them as im left foot forward i try to turn my head and look at the left chain tensioner and keep going to look at the right chain tensioner but if your right foot forward it's opposite, although i cant do them i try them like that and pussy out at 180Madder

lol you started out fine then looked the opposite direction for some reason. Keep your head and torso cranked around and commit. It may not feel like your going to go a full 3, but you will if you commit to it.

now when i am learning 3's do you guys reccomend learning them out of bowls or the same type of jump i am doing them on right now...i know if you learn 3's out of bowls you wont learn to come in nose heavy...so what do you guys think...
