ALL Boxxers use 15wt of 15cc's of oil. On both sides of stanchion. Note Rockshox oil is repackaged torco oil. Basically any heavy oil in the lowers will do fine. Just don't use anything below 10wt. Remember grease those seals and Bushings! both upper and lower ones. I recommend Slick Honey grease.

Here's a link how to change your seals in a Pike Air. Same method doing a Boxxer. Pictures make more then words. Just ignore some parts that don't matter. Only part is how to pry the seals out and placing them back in. They say to grease before you put the new seals in but I say not too. Just because ive seen people's seal pop out because of this.

Just chaned my boxxer seals, f*ck me there a bitch for the lower rubber bit i used a socket and a hammer, thanks for the advice, now to assemble the bike.
