2008 norco 250 build

hey im probably getting a norco 250 frame the dealer i work at is calling norco tomarrow to see how much the frames are and if they can get one i dunno im only 13 haha. But does any one have any suggestions on what parts to get im goign to try to build it as cheap as possible and very light but ill still get some decent parts on it.
