When I was riding before I broke my collar bone, I generally didn't listen to metalcore. Usually had Sum 41 or Blink playing. I felt like metalcore was a bit distracting.

to each there own i suppose. i cant listen to metalcore or death metal when i am driving and am super tired, or just dont want to fall asleep.

for some reason, it helps me fall asleep fairly quickly.
