Well if i was like all the 12 year olds on this site I would say DEITY!!! EVERYTHING! But that isn't very diverse is it lol. I would say Macneil Conjoined Cranks, With a macneil SL Seat in white for both, with a Profile Imperial Sprocket in blue, 25-28t is decent.
Thats what I came up with so far.

I think that frame would look really cool with white/blue Transition Revolution wheels. They aren't that expensive either.

Easton monkey-lite SL Bars, with custom white spray job in a 25.4mm. Hopefully this year Straitline will have a Blue stem, cause that would work good too. And Good idea for the Transition wheels.

You should change your tires though to the Intense Micro-knobbies, I have K-rads, and they have the shittiest rubber compound ever, you will slide all over the place if your ride +50psi. The Micro-knobbies are awesome though, mine are on order.

dont get conjoined's there known to snap, if its a light/not too expensive build but still strong that your goin for.. transition wheels, argyle 302,wtp royal cranks, those are some good and not too expensive parts... im not gonna mention much more because I havnt really bought anything budget in a while but if thats no concern, thomson post and stem, king headset, I personally like the way avid bb5 with shadow linear and ady monolever short rides and its cheap, as for bars, despite the trend comments, deity's are nice, aswell as ns districts, that should help

-Avid BB7 w/ linear cable, and a speed dial ultimate lever... that would be the best braking system you could get...
try and look around to compare and find lighter parts and better colours etc...
-get an argyle 318, but not an 07

for wheels i would and did go with arrow racing rims, in either 24 or 26 depending on wat u prefer, macneil conjoined cranks, macneil seat and post, blk market bars deity stem, hollow pin chain, chris king headset, as for hubs it depends how much you have to spend... i run a carbon fiber formula front 20 mm hub and a woodman bill single rear hub and that set up is really nice
