Tensioner: Axiom No Railleur
Pedals: Kona Jackshit Primo
Seat/post: Kona Dj saddle/ Truvative post
Brakes: Rear BB5
Levers: Avid freeride

Bike show soon so i have some money to spend, so imput is useful. Don't got $1000 to blow so i need to set my priorities

singlespeed kit with a with a new sprocket(26-13 ratio) and it would look 100x better.

i dont think hes a kona hater. i think hes like me. konas arnt that great of a bike. good for starting, but after a while, you realize that everyone has one cuz its relativly cheap($) and has a decent name. there dj line sucks balls. and dh/fr bikes have crazy pedal bob and not that great of rear wheel path. i would say get a .243 or somethign more original.dotn buy a prebuilt bike. start with the frame and build it up from there. its totally custom and you put on it what fits your style. and definatly change your fork. worst part of the bike.

i would prefer a kona over any other bike. there beautiful.

no way dude theyre nice bikes infact my brother has one, but I just like the look of a clean bike with a good singlespeed setup, thats all

i just bought a singlespeed kit tonight and am getting it put on tomorrow, not to mention im cleaning it up and greasing it, a nice wash and ss will look greatBig Grin
