Sorry.. spot training only increases size on one body part incrementally. Pick up some cheap resistance bands and train your whole body so you can preform better!

seriously....bunnyhop a lot of times or lift the front end of your bike and build up your forearms, biceps, abs, deltoids, trapizius, and lower back if you manual your bike

our bench press bars are 45lbs and we have a few that are 50
