no, all you need is a membership, or you can by a uci licence. but i was asking a ?.

what do you mean by ride the track for fun?
Its a practice just go out and do your own thing

I will be going to practice tomorrow.

As for who can ride, You HAVE TO have either a valid UCI license OR a Pipeling Indoor 4X license (available for, I believe $20, and is good for all the 08/09 indoor) to be able to ride Thursday.
