youtube at school

Hey all.
I just need a little help with getting playing a youtube video at school, through the internet blocker. I'm doing a project and there's a video about Napoleon that I'd like to show in my presentation on monday, but of course the blocker would normally screw that up. So any advice in how to get around that would be very welcome.

Well here if you search up YouTube on google the system will block it, but if you type in www.youtube.com it works.

you can try the ip adress, it worked for ou school for half a year untill they blocked it, its 208.65.153.253 or 208.65.153.251, not sure about the second one, i know the first works tho ), hope this helps.

Ya our school got a really good blocker, I couldn't look up WWII stuff because of "violence" but all you gota do is download a small programe and it unblocks eveything.

Not to ruin your bubble or anything but If your school is on top of this technology wide they will see what your doing and you'll get in trouble... Happened to me because they had some of those sites keyed in so as to alert them when somebody used them and then they would check who was online at the time.

UH... can't you just capture the video from you tube and then put it on poewrpoint? You sound like you need a working proxy server to do suspicious things through internet.

at my school its so easy. just leave out the ''www.'' and just put in ''youtube.com'' to the address bar and it works. its takes a hell of a long time to load, but still. and no one cares. the principal walked in when me and some buds were watching Dane Cook, and she pulled up a chair to watch with us haha.
