if not how?

not that hard but you really have to commit. pinch the bike with your knees and throw your shoulders...the way i learned is to spot the landing, to turn your head and the bike follows. get a soft landing cause u will fall a few times before you land it.

not me but a guy i know was flipping, 360ing, can cans, supermans, no handers, x ups and all by the time he was 14. He flipped for the first time when he was 13.
