Well, I would say... try to spin Cause you are only "whipping" your tail. Try to hop and then turn your head and your body will follow. It's a lot of pratice, but I would suggest you to spin on something like a 45° in a skatepark or on a bank so you can get and understand the motion of the 180

ok thx , another problem is that with the posterior i arrive to do 180 while with the anterior not..but my motion , for me , is not right!. The video is not recent , when i can post the video most recent

The #1 thing that helped me learn was doing them on curbs. Like, the rounded curbs. Use it as a ramp kind of, and spin it sideways. It helps you learn to spin. and doing them on steep hills helps. Be patient, keep in mind its one of the hardest tricks to learn
ok, but in order to raise before the anterior and then posterior while turn as I make? that is mine it is a movement to equal wheels, is however right or not?
