04 Dirt Jumper 3 Help

I have recently purchased some 04 Dirt Jumper 3's and need to pump them up.

What pressure do I put in them? and do I put the same in both sides?

The fork pump I have access to is measured in bar.

put about 10 psi in each shold be fair hard then. if not just keep on pumping up by like 5 psi in each then pushing down and seeing how hard it is.

btw i had a set or 2 of them and you really have to get ur air to oil ratio right

i fort its all good pump em up with like 20 psi then slammed em of a stair set and popped the internals

theother set i had, once playing with the air i never got them ryt again
too soft,too hard,to reboundy,no rebound


get them done properly and leave them
amazing fork when right

My manual for 04 says 15 PSI max on each side

Than you can always let a bit out on both sides equally. 15 is rather firm.

Before creating this post I emailed marzocchi, I recieved a reply today.

So to help anyone else who has 04 Marzocchi Dirt Jumper 3's and needs the pressures this is what the reply said.

Dear customer,

your fork features dual coil springs with air-assisted pre-load. The pressure range is 0-25psi which is about 1.5 bar.

Crazy as my 04 manual says a max of 15.
Marzocchi has all the manuals on the online site.. you might want to double check. I did have a dealer try and tell me that they could take 45 psi once.
