I know they're definitely being snatched up by a lot of people. I myself love the look and feel of a nice low slung frame. What's your guys opinions on them? Any specific ones you like the best?

Supply and Demand. Companys make what people want.

Whoa, I didn't think there was any frame out there as low as a Killorado but it looks like the Colony Hell Stallion is almost the same.

This is just what the market wants right now. Some people just like the feel, personally I don't, but there are other frames out there for me. Its all about whats "in".

X2. I thought the killorado was the most low slung out of all the companies i knew of, but colony has an almost identical looking frame as the black eye.

the alameda is one of the weirdest frames ive seen
and not just because the low slung tt
the st is like bent

ya that frame does have quite a bend in it. Looks like some of the trial frames i have seen with it bent like that

Weighs less to have a lower slung frame and keep a longer post than to have a higher frame, and a slammed post.

I see you and Lettus hating on low frames left and right...what exactly is wrong with them, other than being trendy?

Weaker.

I don't see what people have against the low-slung frames. The arguments seem to centre around it looking dumb...if you're dragging your feet on the ground to come to a stop, think that looks cool?

Oh yeah and the weakness. Meh.

How exactly are they weaker? I would really appreciate an explanation
