Fox Rampage Helmet Sizing

Ok, I'm getting a Fox Rampage Downhill helmet for christmas a friend of mine, but he wears both medium and a large sized helmets. Does anyone know if this helmet fits large or small? It would help greatly in selecting the right size of helmet before I order it.

i have one... find out what his hat size is in... my rampage is a large around 59cm i think...if your friend wears a pro-fit hat then you can find an accurate measurement there...

Edit: the cheek pads in them seem really tight to fit when i first got mine i was biting the inside of my cheecks for a few days but eventually they pack in and now it fits perfectly...

depends... ive only had mine since late august...i'd say they've been packed about a cm...but its supposed to be like that... its the crown or top part of the helmet that matters most and the padding there hasnt packed much at all... when i bought it it was really snug on my head but after a few good days of sweating balls in it and daily riding it's worked in quite nicley...
