Mr friend wants to get some 24" wheels for his stinky,

but if he sits on it and the arms are facing downwards, the pedals would scrape along the floor, like this one?

The fram is not meant to have a 24 rear wheel. The geometry of the bike will be f*cked up.

Does your friend want a 24" wheel in just the back or in the front and the back?

So which angles are changed with 24" fron and rear?

You saying Stinkys are bad frames and will snap or that putting 24" wheels on will cause the frame to snap?

If its the latter, please explain.

For the record, I think it would be a bad move to change to 24" on a dh bike.

you would defiantly be hitting your pedals, even your rings off the ground with 24 wheels. Stinkies already have a bad enough BB clearance as it is. 24 wheels on a DH/FR bike doesn't even make sense either. best to stick with 26's.
