So I was talking to a firend of mine who thinks he knows sh*t, and he says I need to get a bike that costs $150 for some reason..... lol

I think he thinks I'm not good enough.... I'm just as good as he is.

Anyway, what about that Black Eye Park Pro bike? It looks sick.

Fit
Premium
Subrosa
WTP

In that order, get the best one you can afford.

Avoid the Easterns, their completes suck IMO.

I'm gonna say you can do better than the Fit 3's, although they certainly aren't bad bikes.

The verde cadet from last year thats on sale

kink's are really nice bikes. even my friends whip (not even a full chromo frame) rides nice.
last years WTP beyond is on dans for really cheap right now, or this years trust/recon (which would ride similarly-ish to the envy probably)

The cadet looks sick. I was thinking about that one.

Is there any validity to the opinion that I should start on a $200 bike?
