I am wondering what the best type of helmet cams are, how much they are, and where to get them...any suggestions?

Well for your money, the GoPro Hero Wide camera is probably your best bet at only $140. But, if you want a higher quality camera with more features, get the Twenty20 VholdR at around $300. Plus the VholdR is a lot smaller than the GoPro. Overall both cameras are great and very easy to use. If you dont have much cash, there is no problem getting the GoPro Hero because it is still an amazing helmet cam and completely waterproof to 100 feet under water! You will find these online at many stores. Beer
