hey guys i bought a new crank and im having trouble gettin the crank side off (its square taper and its stuck!) ps ive tried bangin it off with a hammer guys please help me out here im desprate

you need a crank puller, go to your LBS and they should be able to do it in 5 minutes

I know, a hammer and chisel work great. I actually used a hammer and chisel to replace the valves on my car engine.

ya you probably got it off but i might have bent it or damaged it u would be betterr off using the right tool for the job
