i live in port hope, got a trail or park for 750, its yours, its the same weight as the p1 stock but way better, mavic rims, dj2, bombproof frame and can be lightened easily

The rims that are on the '06 P3 are Sun MTX S-Type, 26", 36 hole with eyelets, and the '08 P1 rims are Specialized/Alex HRD 26, double wall disc w/ eyelets. I don't know much about bike technicalities but a ton of people have said the '08 P1 rims suck, is it worth getting the used P3 just for the rims? What is a good set of rims going to run me? I probably won't need them right away anyway.

its well worth getting the p3 for lots of reasons

from what i can tell (from a quick google search) the giant brass replaces the low end STP's for 2009 with just the very top end STP and the single speed STP remaining

brass has a shorter frane and comes in 3 sizes not 2 like the stp
