pull your front first off the ground the guy in the video isn't doing it.
um that way is much harder, id know it was me in the video and yes i can do both
Doesn't matter if its harder, your never goingn to be able to go up or down things with the log hop technique. I learned by doing them on a flatbank first, and just really pulling the front end up and round. As you take off look over your shoulder, and push round with legs.
yes i can do it down stairs like that, and i hop the other way only when going up or over things
The 180 in that video sucks, you have to actually bunnyhop, he just lifted his bike up and cranked really hard to the left, it looks nasty. Try doing a bunnyhop then spinning, looks better.

most kids can hardly do it that way, never mind boost it
It took me a yer before i could do them to hlf cabs. You need to remember to bunny hop and the thing that helped me most... Tucking my legs, as in bending them into my chest so to speak. this also h
Learning the 180 hopping with both tires at the same time will make you slap yourself in the future. Learn it hopping correctly, front wheel in the air first. It's harder to learn, but much more useful. Also, turn your bars a little less than 90 degress in mid air before you land, and it will make it easier to complete the 180.
i cant seem to 180 i can get halfway but then i fall off. Any tips would help
Its all about where you look same with hop 3's just keep turning your head in steps 1 pedal to a comfortable speed 2 carve your front tire 3 bunny hop and turn your head 4 land and look at your front tire while pedaling backwards 5 turn your head once more to roll out

Add to step 3: look over your shoulder not under I was landing 180 no problem but then I tried looking over my shoulder and I spun to 270 with the same effort.
