Im pretty sure 11t is around standard for a 25t sproket. Thats what I run and its great!

Exactly. Discussing gear ratios without mentioning wheel size can end with setting up a really wrong ratio.

I ride with 24 Inch Rims Combat + Hookworm so its quite hard and my gearing is 25 / 9 and I really love it! its a bit harder but a lot faster and I can ride like hell and beat it so smoothly lol !!!
