The middle one is a great scnery shot...maybe needs something in the foreground? (bike?) Also not sure about the shaddow in the foreground...

no offense but the first two look like quick snap shots. Maybe try zooming in on the mountains a bit more. The third one with the dock i really like but i don't like how you made everything black and white but the dock. Makes the pictures look sad but lakes are always happy places. I would say stay away from half and half with color and B&W. Either full color or full black and white.

Well the king headset was a quick shot. as for the mountain I cant take a picture of the whole thing and zoom in thats a contradiction I could crop it a bit but the reason I bought a 20mm wide lens was to get everything in a picture and not just zoom in on things. I would have bought a longer range lens then. I also wanted to give a feel for distance and size of the mountain which i dont think just zooming in to the mountain does.

About the dock, yeah if it makes you think sad then that is the effect I wanted. Lakes aren't always happy places. emo>Sometimes they can be lonely and sad./emo> I don't think I'm going to stop playing with saturation anytime soon.

Thanks for the feedback though.

on the first shot what you want to do if light the lettering abit better so it stands out then it will be a gd shot. yeah keep playing with saturation its good practise Big Grin
