Hey Relscb, go for a small size. I am 5'11" and ride a medium flatline. I could've even go for the small to be honest but the medium feel just more comfortable.

Dude, the flatline is just awesome so you are gonna love it!

haven't tried adjusting travel so dunno.... the bike is just a lot of fun as it is
