I like my 08 Race a whole lot. It's super smooth and supple, easy to maintain, light and it looks great. The only change I made from stock was my coil, I went from the stock yellow coil (150-180 lb rider weight) to the silver coil (120-150lb rider weight), and it feels perfect. I'd recommend this fork for any DH rider
