You do realize that a soft tail and full suspension are not the same thing right. A soft tail has a small shock, usually one inch travel and no lower linkage bearing, it just uses the flex of the frame.

Most FS 4x bikes dirt jump quite well. Thats until you start getting into the super-light weight race bikes. (which I personally wouldn't even 4x on let alone DJ)
I love my Double to death its the most rewarding and forgiving bike i've ever ridden.

I don't think you do. All the bikes you are looking at are full suspension. I really don't think there are any full suspension dj bikes with less than 3in of travel. I might be wrong though.

My Morewood is a 4". SO? You are right when it comes to mine.
technically, this is a softtail. what we are talking about are short travel dual or full suspension bicycles; but we all know what's going on, so it doesn't really make a difference. Except the Cannondale Chase DS, I don't really know what that is...
