They are both great bikes, but, i think the riot just scrapes infront of the spank, Black Market Geo is next to perfect, but very similar to the spanks geo.

i really want a purple bike though lol
i was thinking of getting the purple spank frame and blue spank bars, rims, and maybe stem. i think it would look sick

How about a stealthy riot?

black frame, forks, cranks, sprocket, everything back, EXCEPT for bars??

But i guess if your desperate for purple, paint it? and buy the spank parts?

Completley up to you, but, dont buy two bikes, just save your money for one REALLY good one, if you think about it, you buy a 4 hun, then next year you buy a spank, the spank and 4 hun have the same intended usage, so its like two of the same bike (kind of) and if you plan just to sell the 4 hun, you wont make very much back on it, buy one bike, make the spank REALLY good.

good luck

The frames are very similar. In fact so similar if you rode one, then the other blindfolded, you may probably think it was the same bike - if all parts were the same. I am a black market fan so my vote goes to them. Spank is the new kid on the block and they look very nice. I personally like the Riot dropouts better than the bigger ones on the Tweet. But just personal preference. I love small, clean dropouts like my Mob.

In the end both geometries are so close either one will be perfect. I need to confirm, but I think the Tweet has 100 % Cromoly meaining straight guage. The Riot uses a butted tubing which is slightly more compliant and will feel better on longer rides and on park/street IMO. No idea on customer service of Spank but BlkMrkt has tremendous customer service. They have been around for a long time.
