ahaha, I remember riding 3 inch gazzalodis On double tracks. hahaha thats when weight meant nothing ahahaha

the claimed weight is 25.5 pounds with out a saddle, im not sure how he matches the head and seat tubes you'd have to contact him your self. http://www.peacockgroove.com/
