Hi,

Need to know if the following rims:

http://www.pricepoint.com/detail/15099-365_SHIM36-3-Parts-75-Wheelsets/Shimano-XT-M756-_-Quando-20mm-Hubs-w_-Mavic-EX325-Rims-Wheelset.htm

Is recommanded with a Presta or a Schrader Valve.

*I know that the model of this year is 8.5 mm (schradder) but I have to make sure for this model to buy my tubes.

im pretty sure you can run either or presta/schrader in any rim can't you, i dunno its not like its hard to return a tube if its the wrong kind of valve, just a hassle of riding to the shop again, but hey think of it as training, unless you have to drive in which you can think of it as an adventure the magic place with sweet bikes inside it, makes me feel better about excessive trips to the shop Big Grin

No you cannot, A schrader value will not fit through a presta hole. 8.5 is most likely a schrader value
