Rear Wheel Problem.

Well, i have a kona shred with stock wheels on. My rear wheel has recently not been in the middle and is almost touching the frame on one side. It is not buckled and the axle is even on each side. Any ideas what it could be?

My mountainbikes never done this but my BMX has and it probably just needs to get trued, I trued mine when it was like that and it fixed it
