I recently had 2-3mm of play in my rear fox 5.0 on my bottle rocket. I replaced the D.U Bushing and it eliminated the play and felt solid. Went for one 2 hr ride and the problem is back. Any suggestions? Thanks.

are you sure you put in the bushings coorectly? it could also be the hardware

I am sure it went in correctly. By hardware do you mean the 2 pieces that slide into the du bushing which house the bolt? Because those had signs of wear from the movement before...should I just replace the set?

ya u need to replace all the hardware if the bolt housing pieces were showing signs of wear. These pieces are press fitted into the DU bushing, so if the DU bushing is replaced but the hardware does not fit tight enough due to wear, the problem will simply reoccur
